What is Kinderfeet's shipping policy?

When you place an order with Kinderfeets, in-stock items leave our shipping facility in 1-3 business days. Processing times may increase to five business days during peak periods. We initiate shipments Monday through Friday.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  Please follow the tracking number to ensure you are available to receive your shipment.  Allow approximately 5-8 business days from the time your order leaves the warehouse for the courier to deliver to your address.  If you have questions regarding your shipment, please contact the courier directly.  

What is Kinderfeet's warranty policy?

All products include a one-year warranty from date of purchase for manufacturer's defects. Contact us at customerservice@kinderfeets.com for warranty claims and include a photo of the defect, a description, as well as a copy of your receipt.

If your purchase is damaged, or you are experiencing problems please contact our warranty department by emailing customerservice@kinderfeets.com. Please provide a description of the problem you are experiencing as well as contact information for our team to reach you.
